Every day is a Mothers’ Day to me. But for us to set a date especially for it shows how important mothers are. I don’t expect any form of celebration or gift. The children are the best gifts ever from HIM and their handwritten works are my luxury items. The kiddos have their way to spring up surprises. I don’t know why they don’t want to give me personally, instead 1 hid it in my wallet and the other 1 placed it at my side table.
In fact I was lying on bed early afternoon, when the husband literally forced me to get ready as he wanted to give a treat. He chose Fisher’s Tavern because he knew how much I love the crabs over there. We ordered oyster omelette, chili crab, kalian, deep fried chicken, sweet sour fish and squid. Love to see the kids gobbled up the dishes. They were happily eating the spread complete with their ice lemon tea. After filling our tummies, it’s time for me to meet my very own mother. Bought a chocolate cake for her and it was just a simple photo taking, cake cutting and ate them as our desserts.
