It was one of those usual weekends where I was alone with the kids and the husband was off to work. While the twins were having their afternoon nap, the kids preferred to watch the disney playhouse channel. I initiate something new to them in order to kill their weekend mundane routine. Furthermore, it will be a good chance for me to mingle and communicate with them in the comfort of our home.
Play Doh is a colorful and creative play. It’s been around for a long time and still the favorite for school and home activity! It helps to expand the mind and be innovative. Best of all, it keeps them busy and occupied!
It was a moment of quality time that I have learnt the affection of this kinship. I didn’t really expect for the girl and boy relationship to be this close. They are very attached to each other and always look for each other. Through good and bad times, at the end of the day, they kiss and made up. They do argue, they do fight but at the end, they apologise and hug each other. They shared stuff, played, joked and up to mischief together! The conclusion is they are a replica of twins. Indeed, I feel like I have 2 sets of twins!
They always want to wear the same color outfits, own the same items, if I gave something(eg food and drink) to one, she/he will ask for the other’s share and if my intention is to buy (eg clothes, shoes) just for 1 of them, she/he will insist to get another for the other. I am counting my blessing to witness the bond between the different genders. I do hope for this sister and brother rapport will excel till infinity.
