We used to have our team building in Singapore and only started to have it conducted overseas 3 years ago. In 2011 was at Desaru, 2012 was at Batam and this year at Malacca. But this is the first time I joined them since the last 2 years clashed with my holiday trip. It wasn’t to plan for a department with 300 staff and we had to go on two batches.
Four hours bus ride to Malacca and one night stay at Hatten Hotel. The room was nice and the location was accessible. Upon reaching we had lunch at chatterz and had our team building in the ballroom. We finally entered our room at 6.30pm, where we got washed up and got ready to roam around and dinner. I had a full meal and sinful dessert at Hard Rock Café and stayed there till midnight for the music and band.
The next morning after breakfast, we checked out and went for some sightseeing. Then we went to counterparts Sudong Malacca Call Center. We had fun getting to know them and had little games competition against one another. It was a good short trip with the colleagues and we could roughly gauge where we will be heading to for next year, another outsource location.
Wao ,it was really very good. Its because there were a really brilliant team building between all of you. So it represents a good feeling to build a team. There are many agencies such as Teambuildingsolutions which are working to increase the team building. Thanks for nice post.
