JANUARY AURA
Mid of January, a month to Aqil’s 4th birthday party. Done with the surveying and making the decision, I paused for a while to settle on children welfare for the new year. I was away from work for a week to focus on the children arrangements. Back to work and caught up with the workloads and new tasks. After given another week, to monitor the situation with the sending and fetching of the students and the twins well being, I resumed back to the birthday party preparation. I had chosen and made payment for the decoration balloons and token for the kids. The theme and color were decided way before and the stuff were ordered last month. Due to the shipment issue, will only be receiving the items end of this month. I hope I will have enough time to send out the invitation cards and in the meantime, I am collating the addresses. I had listed out the desserts and placed the orders. Thankfully the collection is within my neighborhood. Next was to finalize the kids section and all we need to do later is to buy the items. I am excited about this part because this will be my own creation. The most important part is to order the birthday cake. Probably will do so early February and our all time favorite confectionery do cater for the theme. The other crucial part is the menu where I assigned to my dearest mummy. We have marked down the finger foods but still in the midst of deciding on the main menu. So there will be marketing to be done and maybe some miscellaneous items to done next month.
Side track, we are turning 7 next month as well. It will be an expected celebration in the form of typical dinner at a halal certified hotel restaurant. To sum up the day, we are heading to an once in a lifetime experience. Need to call up for reservation and purchase the tickets!
