JANUARY STRATEGY
I had a 2 weeks "break" after Adriana’s 5th party and now it’s January, I’m back to plan for Aqil’s 3rd birthday. His will be more a breather as it will be a humble family affair at our abode. Family bonding, self service, birthday cake and present are the itinerary for the February party. All we need to do is to buy ingredients, order the cake, buy his present and dress up for the day. It will be our virgin try out on the equipment which we got years ago!
Mum said I’m not being fair to Aqil for not making a big bash for him. I have other plans for him and I can only afford to throw a party for 1 child in a year. I have 4 kids, mind you. This year is meant for the twins, since the 2 of them are turning 2 and it’s a form of gathering for the first twins for our generation. I understand where my mum was coming from as she adores him so much and furthermore he is my only child that she takes care of him the most. Rest assured he will have his share next year and he will be given a bigger treat in couple of months.
