The kiddos and twinnies had their afternoon nap at different timing. Whenever the twinnies were awake, the kiddos would be asleep. Then they will either ransacking the toys room or concentrating on disney playhouse. So this is the chance for me to sit down and spend quality time with them. I decided to open up this gift from a close friend and with the price tag is on, I didn’t know that it cost that much. Since I tried with books and cards with the twins, I moved on with gadgets and sounds.

Leap Frog builds early learning skills with stories that come to life with the simple touch of a finger and creates a personal path and inspire each child’s unique learning journey. Little Touch LeapPad system establishes delightful associations with books and builds early comprehension skills; language through whimsical words and rhymes, children gain an understanding of speech patterns and word or object associations.; problem solving through finger touches, children understand cause and effect, sequences and early problem-solving skills; memory of delightful character engages children as activites help to build early memory skills.

Not only they have different features, their characters are worlds apart too. Give them another a year or two, they might pass off as non twins. In fact the elder twin is alike the elder brother and the young twin is so much like the big sister. I do not need to cook different menu for the twins anymore as they are already eating the same as us. They love tiger biscuits and koko krunch the most. Alhan eats everything and he will always be in the kitchen. Aryan wants to eat on his own and he will approach anyone who has food on hand. Alhan speaks more clearly and his speech is more understandable whereas Aryan speaks in foreign language and forever singing. Alhan can be temperamental when things don’t go his way and he does throw tantrum. Aryan can be rely on to clean up and rearrange stuff and easily coax when he doesn’t get what he wants. Aryan is more agile and pick up skills faster whereas Alhan is more layback and clumsy at times.

They went for their 15 months jab 2 months ago and one last to go come next month. The elder twin is heavier by 1kg and even their clothes size, the younger twin is 1 size smaller. Both will dance to the music tunes and will sit together whenever they are having their meals. Every day with fail, they are bound to face with falls and will snatch each other toys. They are both systematic in terms of sleeping, drinking, free time and meal time. I can say they are considerably manageable as they are quite independent. They are in my womb for 36 weeks and for 9 months they have been together. They never been separated before and I never want them to be. They sleep together and out of the house together. Even if they were to station at the grandparents, it will be the 2 of them. As most of our outings, we strive to bring all the 4 kids and if situation doesn’t permits, we will leave behind the twins and not 1. I firmly believe in the twins’ affection and I have learnt from others who have twins. Even if they are of the same and different gender, the bond between are strong and they do look for each other even till adulthood. They are special and there’s no way I will separate them.
