Alhamdulillah my one and only sister in law has become a wife now. We are happy that she has found a fine partner. I really admire her simplicity and easily content with what being lay for her. I marvel at my in laws calmness for preparation the wedding in a short notice and glad it went well. It was a joyful and teary occasion; the bride with 2 protective elder brothers and a daughter to a strict father and a companion to the mother. The solemniser was Pasuni Maulan, whom I have no idea was a relative to my father in law and was surprised to see him again on the following day during the reception. It was an emotional ceremony, as it was the father who solemnise the marriage himself and the witness was her eldest brother. I tried my best to give full support and render assistance. I decorated her nuptial gifts, ordered two cakes from simplecupcakes, a pudding made by my mum and a cake made by my second sister. She was pretty ecstatic by the red/black/white theme and has been thanking me for countless of times. My mum made desserts, my first sister contributed curry puffs and my second sister made cakes for the feast on the solemnisation day. It was an affair with collaboration of the family members. Both sides of the families worked hand in hand and I adore the young cousins helping to clear the tables and cleaning up after the event. These young girls and boys can really rely on despite helping till late hours and having to go up and down numerous times.
She has been a great aid to me since the age of 21. She already had shown sign of being a great mother to her own kids in the future. She’s not a mother yet she handles my kids like a pro. Whenever she’s my house,she will complete the house chores with a snap. I’m flatter by the respect she has for me and will consult me in everything. Even her husband who is a year older than me, address me as elder sister. I’m confident that she will be able to perform her new role as wife dutifully and insyallah as a mother in the future.I will truly miss all her abet and presence. I pray for their happiness and long last marriage and today the couple will be flying off for their honeymoon to Phuket.
