Track on the twins’ update for the month. Alhan and Aryan are 10 months old today. Just 2 months more before they are official toddlers. They pro in clapping, waving, crawling, climbing up and down the balcony platform, turning around while in sitting position and standing on their feets. The greatest moment is watching the bond between them, teasing and chasing each other around the house. They really work together to mess up the house they will push and pull whatever within their reach. They are now eating 3 meals a day, drink 180 ml of formula milk, wearing huggies size L, and sleep on their own. What’s left now is for them to walk on their own!
As what I had scheduled out the twins’ menu, I present poultry to them. I focus on fishes for them and bought mackerel, salmon, threadfin and tilapia as they categorize under the lowest mercury. I make it an effort to try my best to come up with different creation and tasting for each day. I went an extra mile to google and read on what’s good source and richer nutrients and what’s best for infants’ health and digestion. Their daily menu will be 180 ml of Nan milk at 7am. Breakfast of ready cereals from Nestle will be served at 10am. They will have their lunch at 1pm with varies spread mixture of vegetables and poultry. They will have another round of their milk intake and later on followed by their tea break in the form of fruits such as apple, pear, papaya and banana puree. They will have their last meal in the late evening and after which their milk to sum up their night at 8.30pm. As I mentioned before, it give me great satisfaction that the twins are fond of food and finish off every drop of it. Fortunately my hard work is worthwhile and boost up my confidence.
