SAYONARA 2009
2009 had been a swift journey for us. Situations have been going too fast for us and we anticipate to mellow down and a steady ride for the upcoming year.
Our big break for the year was the discovery and birth of the first twins in the family. It wasn’t a smooth sailing ride with lots of going on in the mind set and a test of faith. Giving birth naturally to twins is one of my significant achievements as a woman. I am thankful and grateful to the One up there, for the never ending protection and priceless gifts. It was indeed a mentally and physically challenge. All these experiences make me stronger and bring me closer to Almighty. In total I was away from work for 167 days out of the 365 days, excluding weekends and public holidays. It’s the only year I used up the company’s privilege, of 14 days annual leave, 6 days of childcare leave, 5 days of family leave, 30 days of medical leave and of course the 112 days of maternity leave. Here I am a mother to 4 kids at the age of 29 and my resolution of 2010 is to improve and be a better mother, wife, lady and employee.
