Adriana’s 4th birthday celebration was a success. Great food and great companion. We were glad with the complete attendance and the kids were happy. The best of all, the birthday girl was extremely beaming with joy.
We already had the theme, menu, venue and attendance planned way ahead. But it was the matter of setting a date and searching for a custom made birthday cake of her current favorite character. Thankfully the man’s off days fell on the weekends and got the cake supply from a friend. I wanted to save the hassle of cooking or impose the parents/in law so we decided to go for fast food, just dial the numbers! Dora the Explorer and color Red was the theme. We bought dora the explorer items at a certain party shop and ordered the balloons bouquet at another. Lucky SKP have red utensils and red napkins from IKEA. I started the preparation the day before, emailing to the 4 fast food the day before and put up the decoration at night. On the day itself, we merely collected the desserts, set up the table, waiting for the food and cake to be delivered and of course getting the kids dressed. Alhamdulillah this private family affair celebration went smoothly and not much cleaning up to be done! The best of all, the daughter was filled with full of happiness!
