DINOSAUR ADVENTURES

This is the last activity for the school holiday and also before the start of fasting month. Actually it started with our Sunday routine of chilling at OneKM Mall while waiting for the elder kids to finish their madrasah. We bought things over there and had meals over there. Then they have this Dinosaur Adventures going on. There are 3 zones with different obstacles which they are choose. The husband was merely queuing to get the free parking coupon since his spending receipt entitled him to that. Because each access for the Dinosaur Adventures was entitled to those spending $80 and above, the husband was given that as well. So the kids saw that and kept telling us they wanted to try the obstacles. Thankfully I still kept the receipts we spent at Maras and this is the reason why we had our lunch at Paparich and dinner at Old Town White Coffee. Things what parents will do not only for the sake the kids but also being fair to all of them. I must make sure we have 4 passes for it. So I brought the kids there by public. The waiting time was quite long but the kids seated and waited patiently. All of them opted for rock climbing and flying fox. Whatever is it as long as they are happy and their wish is granted.

MEGABOUNCE

Next in the list was to Downtown East for another jumping experience with MegaBounce. Using the ntuc link card discounts, all 4 tried out together. The girl behaving like a typical lady screaming away while the boys simply shut mouths probably showing their manhood. They went high up and said they felt like taking roller coaster. We had Old Town White Coffee for early dinner before heading home.

FATHER'S DAY 2015

On Sunday afternoon, we made our way to Bali Lane for advance father’s day celebration for the father of the kids. We stepped into Krave and the crowd response seemed to be overwhelming. The food was nice and the desserts were awesome. I shall continue to pay until all of you take over in the future alright.

A father who is always there for his children. The children are aware of their father’s unconditional love for them. Happy father’s day. You deserve to have a special day to commemorate.

FESTIVE HOTEL COUSINS BONDING

It was actually a surprise for the kids and they had no idea until they went into the room and saw their cousins. Just a cousin bonding for them at Festive Hotel in the deluxe family room. They showed their skills and splashing time at the pool. Back to the room was filled with home cooked food. To the 7 of them, may all of you continue to share the close bond just like how we the 3 sisters still do. No differences and no comparison because all for one and one for all.

FOREST ADVENTURE TREE TOP

The first and last time we tried Paparich was in Johor. Therefore it was good to have it here and we love the food. Lunch first before proceeding to our itinerary. Up next to Forest Adventure Tree Top which in fact just a bus stop away from our house. The modern technology of booking online and this too needed to get the time slot. Opted for the kids course for all 4 of them and was looking forward to see how they will do it. There were 16 obstacles and we were proud of them to complete the whole course not once and 3 times within the 1 hour granted. They smiled and encouraged one another along the way. I aimed and love to choose these kind of activities for the children as a form of challenge, build up the confidence, gain experience and to be adventurous.

AMPED TRAMPOLINE PARK

Say hello to June school holidays. Got their uniforms ironed and shoes scrubbed but leaving their online assignments and home projects aside for the moment. Booked the time slots and paid for the tickets online. So first up for the holiday activity was to Amped Trampoline Park. There we were having a family jumping day. We went freely jumping around, laughing at one another, got tired and perspiring. The kids enjoyed the most and they even attempted to do stunts. They tried everything and went all over the place. Then it was time to fill the tummies and replenish the energy level. We had Maras for dinner which was recently been halal certified.

LAB SG

Because the parents in laws were still around to handle the kids, we took advantage of that and went for a date. While the husband was performing his friday prayer at masjid sultan, I loitered around arab street. After that, we walked to Jalan Pisang, to give Lab SG a shot. We had heisenberger, hungarian goulash, Heisenberg, hazelnut chocolate, german bretzels salted caramel and molten lava ice cream. We were really full and a nap right after we got home.

ADRIANA AND AQIL MIDYEAR MEET THE PARENTS SESSION

On Friday morning, we made our way to Tampines Primary School for Adriana and Aqil meet the parents session. We were more or less aware of their performances but just the nervousness feeling on theirs teachers feedback. We met the P4 form teacher first. Her feedback was Adriana has improved a lot in her response in class and also in her studies. She believed that she can do much better because she taught and marked her work since last year. She even said that Adriana caught the other teachers in surprised as well when she acted very well in drama and was outspoken. We both were satisfied with her results and standing in class. We will continually guide her and trust that she can excel better. Next up was the P1 form teacher. She really praised Aqil and said that there wasn’t any negative comment on him. We were smiling when she commented how well behave he was and ace in his school work because at least he knows how to behave when he is outside home and we didn’t actually push him much in his studies. He got a perfect score for his mathematics and strangely his mother tongue was the lowest score even though most of the time he speaks in malay. It is a good midyear performances for the Tampinesian students and now giving them a break to enjoy the june holiday.

ALHAN AND ARYAN MIDYEAR STUDENT LED CONFERENCE

Both of us attended Alhan and Aryan student led conference. They presented some activities done in class and suddenly we felt a little emotional that our twins have grown up. In a couple of months, they will be graduating soon. In a couple of months, no more journey to Iman Kindergarten.

J'S RESTAURANT

Somewhere along Purvis Street, we had a good lunch at J’s Restaurant. I had quesadillas and my partner had paella. Our desserts were churros with bananas & mangoes and bread & butter pudding and both were to die for. Great service and with nice ambience
